Bharathiya Yuvakula Dalam (BYD) is a youth-driven political movement dedicated to social justice, legal awareness, and empowerment of people at every level of society. We believe the strength of democracy lies in active citizens and organized youth.

• Red Background: The red field stands for courage, sacrifice, and the undying spirit of the people. It is the color of struggle and determination, reminding us that progress comes through resilience.

• The Black Star: At the center rises a bold black five-pointed star, symbolizing leadership, unity, and guidance. The star reflects our commitment to stand as a guiding force for justice, equality, and empowerment.

• The Wings: On either side of the star, three white wings extend outward. These wings represent progress, freedom, and the aspirations of our people to rise higher with dignity and self-respect.

• The Open Book: At the base of the star is an open book, the symbol of knowledge and enlightenment. It reflects BYD’s core belief that education is the true foundation of empowerment, social justice, and lasting development.

• The Letters "BYD": Boldly inscribed within the book, “BYD” is the identity of our movement — rooted in knowledge, driven by unity, and committed to change.

Together, these elements of the flag embody strength, awareness, progress, and leadership — the very principles upon which BYD stands.
